How can I contact you?
All our contact details can be found on this page. We are always ready for our customers, and will answer your questions or requests as soon as possible. Don’t hesitate to call us either.
Please note that we cannot be available at all hours of the day, as we work full time ourselves. However, we always do our best to answer as quickly as possible.


Where does Filibertus deliver?
We deliver to specific zip codes in the province of Antwerp and Flemish Brabant. We are currently looking for a distributor to expand these regions. If you would like a delivery outside this radius, please contact us and we’ll see what we can do.


When will my order be delivered?
As soon as we receive the order and payment, we will include you in our planning. We will then inform you when we will deliver. If you are not at home during delivery time, please let us know if we can deliver it somewhere else.


What if something goes wrong with my delivery?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will look for a solution together.


Can I also pick up my order somewhere myself?
You can always pick up your order at the following locations by appointment:
Address 1: Schotensesteenweg 85, 2100 Deurne
Address 2: Koetsweg 254, 3010 Kessel-lo


What if I want to place a B2B order?
B2B orders do not have to be placed in the webshop. Please contact us so that we can assist you further.


What are the payment options?
We currently accept payments via Bancontact and credit card. If you have an explicit request about another payment method (e.g. cash), don’t hesitate to contact us.
